Makes Great Tea and everything else
It is very easy to use and makes perfect hot water. Most of my friends who see it have never seen anything like it. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other brands and models but it sure is great and looks great; attractive water level indicator; high quality made; made in Japan. Just a simple white oyster color makes it very pleasing on the countertop. Just enough controls make it interesting but it's ultimately simple to use. When you refill it with water it knows enough to reboil automatically so you don't have to push any buttons. When the temperature gets to correct level it does not play any funny songs.
At night if it still has enough water in it, I just leave it on, and the water stays at the 194 temperature, which is where we like it in the morning. If I refill at night I push the 6 hour button and it will do it all starting six hours later. I've used it for about 1 year and it works well. It's made in China but its quality is pretty good.
