excellent water dispenser choice
We studied the bottled water options and decided we really didn't want to heft a 5 gallon bottle off the floor, invert it, and shove it into the usual bottled water dispenser - - - and then get to look at the thing gurgling away as it gets used. One of the few, discrete full feature dispensers is the Primo. Extremely easy to load, makes a very quiet "hummm" (don't put it in the bedroom) and does everything we want it to do. Dispenser spouts are high enough and leave enough room for re-filling typical plastic carry-around water bottles, a pitcher for kitchen use, etc. The unit switches to a flashing red signal when the bottle is too low for the unit to dispense - - but still holds about 2 quarts in the bottle (not a real waste since we then fill other stuff with the remainder). Comes with a $5 rebate for a Primo full water bottle and you'll need to buy one other - - we bought an empty one at WalMart and fill them from the many dispensers that are around the town now - -...

Works great so far!
I just got this water dispenser so I can't give a whole lot of info, but I did read a lot of reviews before purchasing it and the biggest complaint was the taste of the water. I was really worried that the same would happen with mine but very happy to say that the water taste just fine. I did set the tubes out for a few hours and washed the tube that goes into the water with dawn dish soap really well. Also the machine for now is really quit no problem with noise. I hope this helps and I will update this later if I find any problems with the unit.
Best Water Cooler!
When my office moved we needed a water cooler. After much research I chose this one. The deciding factors were that it is bottom loading and has three water temperatures, Hot, cold, and room temp. Since I don't like cold water the room temperature option works great. It is super easy to load and I just use the poland spring bottles that are delivered without issue. There is some water left in the bottom when it needs to be changed, but no more than I would have spilled on the floor if it were a top loaded dispenser and I just pour it into the nearby potted plant. One other thing to note is that room temperature is really room temperature, so if the office is really hot (like on days when the AC is off) then the water is also hot.
