Feels Sturdy
Feels like it is all metal and it works very smoothly. Installation was a snap, but the instructions were pretty minimal. If you are comfortable doing this yourself, then it does not matter that they are pretty worthless. Took me a few minutes total to install. The level turns smoothly and the faucet swivels. No leaks, no drips. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Awesome Water Dispenser
Purchased two of these after a lot of research to replace what we had (a whimpy snap lever model that leaked from the base and wouldn't shut off all the time). This water dispenser is large scale, contemporary, and well constructed. The neck has a far reach, so easy to fill a pasta pot without having to balance the pot on a counter near the dispenser-easily fills a pot sitting in the sink. The water stream strength is awesome, so much so that you don't need to put it on fully or you'll have a lot of splash if you are only filling a drinking glass. Unlike cheaper dispensers where it is either off or on, this one lets you control the water stream. I would suggest if you are putting this in a kitchen sink that you also choose a larger style goose neck water faucet to match so as not to be overpowered by the scale of this water dispenser.

Faucet is a good value: looks great, handle works very smoothly, and has a good water flow rate. Also like, the fact that the handle stays on and doesn't need to be held open for filling.
