With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Basically Fine
Product is fine. Works great and very nice looking. Only negative was that it arrived a bag with a lot of pieces and not one piece of paper with instructions for installation. It was not 100% intuitive, but we were able to figure it out.

The Real Thing
I bought three of these soap dispensers from Delta to use for bathroom sinks. The plumber who installed them misplaced part of one, so I had to buy another. This Delta product is an exact match. If you want it mounted right on the sink, as I did, be sure there is enough room inside the counter cutout for the piece which holds it in place. The builder did not allow for this on one sink and I need to either find a smaller part or saw off part of the one I have. There shouldn't be a problem like this if it's mounted in the counter.
